Mission:

Quantum is seeking a highly qualified Military Operations Analyst to provide support to JFCC IMD J6 in executing its mission in support of the SecDef, Joint Staff, Uniformed Services, Combatant Commands, Missile Defense Agency, other Agencies, and Allied/Partner Nations. The objective is to provide missile defense mission area support to integrate and operationalize missile defense capabilities to meet operational requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis, requirements development, problem defilement, develop and recommend solutions, conduct evaluations and provide strategic advice and apply planning/adaptive planning staff processes to BMD cyber planning in support of JFCC IMD Current and Future Operations.
• Supports cross-GCC/Service/Agency coordination (USSTRATCOM, MDA, JIAMDO, COCOMs, USSTRATCOM Service Components and other USSTRATCOM JFCCs) and communicates JFCC IMD positions on BMD cyber development.
• Ensure Flight and Ground tests evaluate cyber security capabilities and determine if those capabilities will satisfactorily support combat operations.
• Plan and coordinate activities for cyber security assessments in future test campaigns; explore and examine plans and policy issues, potential resource requirements, and roles and responsibilities associated with MDS-related cyber security operations.
• Prepares and delivers detailed descriptions of capabilities and shortfalls in white papers, briefings and presentations, including compiling and delivering senior-level decision briefings.
• Designs and assists in execution of realistic cyber related scenarios in STRATCOM exercises.
• Develops calendars (yearly, quarterly, weekly, daily, etc.)
• Tracks development of policy, doctrine, and plans.
• Attends conferences, meetings and briefings as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Travel: 10%.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment. Familiarity with container security best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Understanding of infrastructure automation (Helm, OpenShift Operators).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex networking, security, and performance issues.
