Overview
The NAVAIR Navy ERP Business Office (NBO) is responsible for providing business and technical support to NAVAIR users of the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The candidate fulfilling this position will support the US Marine Corps as a part of their efforts to migrate to and stabilize use of the Navy ERP System.
We are seeking a Navy ERP Financial Module Support Analyst to join our USMC Marine Depot Maintenance Group (DMAG) Team. This individual provides Navy ERP (SAP) technical support for USMC financial processes, USMC ERP end-users, and business process owners to analyze and troubleshoot Navy ERP system issues. The analyst provides sustainment and end-user support as well as technical guidance for FI modules, and the associated business processes.

- Develop or update Navy ERP training documentation
- Conduct in person or virtual (via TEAMS) training on Navy ERP
Qualifications
- Education / Certifications:
- One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
- Six years of Navy ERP and/or DMAG experience OR Bachelor's Degree plus four years experience.
- Experience:
- Navy ERP FI Module Experience (Required)
- Familiarity with USMC Depot Business Operations (Desired)
- Training material development (Desired)
- Presentation skills (Desired)
- Skills & Technology Used:
- Office Automation - Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Navy ERP
- Familiarity with Service Desk Tools (Avanti Service Manager
- Other Requirements
- Active Secret Level Security Clearance
- Must be willing and able to travel to Georgia and California every other month for 4 days.
