We are seeking a Network Configuration/Performance Analyst to join our team supporting the FBI's Information Technology Infrastructure Division.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use the FBI Enterprise Network Monitoring Platform to analyze and provide data and documentation related to the network performance of any or all network components.
- Participate in troubleshooting efforts related to network performance at the direction of the Government Point of Contact by using the FBI Enterprise Network Monitoring Platform to provide data about FBI networks and their performance.
- Provide high-quality and professional customer service in all interactions.
- Execute operation and maintenance for the FBI Enterprise Network Monitoring Platform. This includes but is not limited to OS patching, software updates, and troubleshooting to resolution.
- Configure the FBI Enterprise Network Monitoring Platform to meet customer requirements as it pertains to dashboards, alerts, topology maps, etc.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- 3 years of relevant IT and network administration experience
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Cisco Certified Network Associate certification preferred
