The Bobcat program is seeking a Systems Administrator/Configuration Management Analyst.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
•Performing system security administration functions; managing customer accounts via Active Directory; troubleshooting and diagnosing and correction of problems; plans, tests, installs, and integrate new and upgraded versions of the relevant operating systems, third party software components, and subsystems; monitors and manages system resources to optimize operating efficiency and performance; custom software installation and maintenance.
• Analyzes proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system.
• Performs audits and prepares reports of change effect on overall product.
• Reviews and analyzes released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities.
• Ensures that customer requirements are implemented and reviews change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies.
Basic Qualifications:
• Previous Systems Administration/Configuration
Management experience
• Must have one of the following customer approved security certification:
o Security+, SSCP, CISSP, or CASP
• Must have a TS/SCI with Special Poly
Desired Skills:
• Software Build Engineering
• CM Software Tools
• Network/Systems Audit experience
• Strong Communication and Coordination Skills
•Experience with Windows Active Directory, Windows Server administration, monitoring and configuration tools, VMWare, storage solutions, and cross domain solutions
Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly SP

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Standard Monday to Friday 40 hour work week
