Job Description:
Executive Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the contractor team and senior executives within Client, ensuring alignment of IT initiatives with organizational goals.
Strategic Communication & Reporting: Develop and present executive-level dashboards, reports, and briefings that provide insights into program performance, IT operations, and key metrics.
Program Oversight & Governance: Lead program management efforts by establishing governance structures, tracking KPIs, and ensuring compliance with contractual and federal IT mandates.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate them effectively to leadership.
Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with multiple Client program offices, contractors, and Client to drive program success and ensure seamless IT operations.
Contract & Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and contractual obligations, ensuring cost-effective execution and compliance.
Continuous Improvement: To enhance IT service delivery and reporting capabilities, recommend process improvements and technology solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in IT program/project management.
Demonstrated experience managing executive stakeholders, delivering high-level reports, and creating data-driven dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align IT initiatives with business objectives.
Strong knowledge of IT operations, governance frameworks, and federal IT policies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details into executive-friendly summaries.
Experience with Agile, ITIL, or PMP methodologies is preferred.
