QA Specialist I (4756)

GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a QA Specialist I with a Secret Clearance join our Team in Keyport, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Maintains the Division Audit Schedule on behalf of the DQM
  
• Performs internal audits of programs, projects, processes, and documentation
  
• Assists in documentation and resolution of deficiencies and non-compliance issues
  
• Collects and maintains division metrics and develops analysis products
  
• Collates data from production applications such as SWMS and CMPro
  
• Creates graphs of audit performance, First Pass Yield, discrepancy reporting, and other as necessary
  
• Supports Q-branch engagement
  
• Creates powerpoint presentations for Q-branch briefings and reports
  
• Schedules conference rooms and other meeting requirements
  
• Coordinates calibration requirements for Q-branch (May expand to other branches in C/42 as calibration program matures)
  
• Manages calibration inventory in SWMS and audits items on the shop floors
  
• Arranges for delivery of calibrated items to/from Keyport calibration POC
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Experience with MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Individual will be required to collect and organize data in order to develop visual products for use in representing and identifying production quality trends.
  
• Experience in conducting audits of administrative programs
  
• Working knowledge of Navy calibration program
  
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001 series, AS9100, or Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual
  
• Secret Clearance
  

Compensation: $30/hr
