General Duties:
  • Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support including, but not limited to: reviewing documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating, or formatting; assisting with administrative and management of requests for information (RFI), task actions, reports, and briefings.
  • Preparing correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities.

Operational Support:
  • Track and maintain accountability of review tasks within the current requirements database or any subsequent database implemented in its place.
  • Data mine current requirements database to support review analysis.
  • Assist in developing standard operating procedures to ensure streamlined and effective methods to assist supported units and organizations.
  • Conduct data management, file maintenance, and maintain organizational tools to track and record actions.
  • Create reports, information papers, and briefings. Conduct briefings and attend organizational staff-level meetings when requested.
  • Coordinate with supported units and organizations via in-person meetings, email, or telephonic communications.
  • Establish and implement updated procedures in response to new policies and regulations. Provide input to policies, procedures, and standards, including written products, working groups, tabletop exercises and pilots.
  • Develop training materials, training all audiences on the program, including newly assigned personnel.
  • Review and become familiar with all DoD/IC policies and regulations.
  • Creating read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and building read-ahead books or materials for official functions and meetings, and providing cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years in a related role, with at least part of that experience within the last 2 years.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field OR 12 years of experience if no degree.
