The Opportunity:
CACI as a Prime Contractor on MWIII Bridge. All positions in the Hanover, MD area. MWIII Bridge develops and supports Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities for the enterprise and stand-alone deployment throughout the IC. Tasks include program management, mission support, software integration, software development, system engineering, migration, testing, documentation development, network and system monitoring, configuration control and release management.

Responsibilities:
Provide Sr. Systems Engineering and Technical Support to the Zero Trust Implementation. The candidate will work with existing ICAM capability teams to define requirements, develop architecture and design documentation, perform technology assessments, develop or contribute to strategy and planning documents and support risk mitigation assessments. The candidate is expected to provide technical expertise in industry, federal, and DoD standards/policies as well as create and maintain ICAM Zero Trust documentation to include release notes, installation and user guides, frameworks, SOPs, and plans in accordance with Zero Trust mandates. The candidate will have the ability to understand and work with technologies like REST, Oracle/MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, JSON, XML, Docker, AWS, Nifi, Single Sign-On (OAuth and SAML) and Kubernetes. Other duties include research technical topics and apply it to different improvement areas, author documentation on technical topics including detailing how to use and configure system components and advisory documentation to support ICAM installation and planning. Additional duties include researching and analyzing cloud security environments, scalable infrastructures, identifying capability gaps and enhancements for current ICAM services, defining implementation processes, and outlining hardware and software considerations. Must be able to assist the software developers with tracking and defining requirements, sprint planning/scheduling, design input/changes, and testing support, and develop outreach and communications strategies to external partners.

• Experience with SW development methodologies

• Ability to solve complex system/integration problems

• Experience briefing senior-level management

• Demonstrated engineering experience on programs with requirements, functional analysis, and allocation, conducting system requirement reviews, developing CONOPS and system architectures

Strong verbal and written technical communication skills

• Experience in working with Software Development, Test Engineers, and System Administration teams to establish capabilities that meet requirements

• Ability to facilitate meetings and brief technical concepts to technical and non-technical personnel. • Experience with developing program review materials

• Must be able to work in a collaborative environment. Must be able to work with minimum supervision and be customer focused.

• Experience with Confluence and JIRA

• Ability to perform advance troubleshooting

• Tier-2 Level 2 support experience a plus • Strong customer service with the ability to diagnose and resolve customer problems

• Knowledge of EDH1/2, ISM, CAPCO and CUI Standards

Qualifications:

Required:
• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph

• 10 years Technical Consulting or System Engineering experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$119,800 - $263,600
