About this position:
Salary Range: 160k - 200k - commensurate with the candidate's skills, experience, location, and qualifications.

About this position:

Program Leadership & Contract Compliance:
- Oversee daily operations and execution of contract deliverables, ensuring full compliance with contract terms and applicable federal regulations (e.g., NISPOM 32 CFR § 117).
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company, DCSA, ensuring effective communication and alignment with government objectives .
- Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and resolution of contract-related matters.
Team & Operations Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team across multiple locations, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to performance metrics.
- Oversee personnel responsible for application processing, investigations, case management, security functions, and post-closing procedures.
- Implement best practices for workload capacity planning, quality assurance, and continuous process improvements.
- Coordinate with government stakeholders to adapt to evolving requirements.
- Ensure security and background investigations comply with federal policies.
- Develop and enforce Policies & Procedures (P&P) for standardization and compliance.
Quality Control & Risk Management:
- Ensure high-quality service delivery by maintaining rigorous performance standards, meeting government-mandated timelines, and addressing deficiencies within three business days.
- Innovation & Process Improvement: Implement automation and innovative tools while maintaining manual processing as needed.
- Optimize workflows for record management, investigations, security processing, and post-closing.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges to enhance service delivery and government satisfaction.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Comfortable managing a team of 400+ personnel
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing programs of similar size , scope, and complexity.
- Demonstrated experience managing large teams (400+ employees) in a government contracting environment.
- Strong understanding of federal security policies, investigative processes, and case management procedures.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively liaise with government agencies and ensure contract compliance.
- Experience in workload capacity planning, risk mitigation, and quality assurance in a high-stakes operational environment.
Required Education/Qualifications:
- Security Clearance: Top-Secret clearance required
- Education: Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent major.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) / L ean Six Sigma (LSS)
