Description:

Our Senior Level Captured Enemy Material (CEM) Intelligence Analysts must possess the capability of fusing intelligence information from multiple disciplines, conducting information gathering, research, threat assessments and predictive analysis as part of an analytical team that produces finished products. A candidate needs to have at least 6 or more years of experience outside of a classroom setting, in a professional working environment.

Functional Responsibilities Include:
  • Deploying on an as-needed basis, for a period of 4-6 months, potentially to hazardous environments outside the continental United States (OCONUS) in direct support of our military customers.
  • Identifying national threats and ensuring that critical information gets to end users / information submitters, superiors, and decision-makers while it remains actionable.
  • Comparing and reviewing all source intelligence to include forensically collected data from CEM, identifying discrepancies, flagging suspect findings, and making recommendations.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and evaluating information from a variety of sources.
  • Identifying new sources for data and incorporating them into the data stream.
  • Determining the significance and reliability of incoming information.
  • Conducting advanced analytics incorporating all-source intelligence and technical analysis to recreate and convey complicated connections.
  • Leveraging advanced analytical processes and methods to support ongoing targeting efforts in a fast paced environment.
  • Driving all-source intelligence efforts based on technical leads generated as a result of employment of advanced analytics methodologies to prioritize targeting focus and analytical assessments
  • Advising on how to improve data, conclusions, and processes.
  • Initiating, coordinating, and conducting research and driving tool development requirements to assist in process optimization.
  • Establishing and maintaining data records and files.
  • Preparing timely reports.
  • Covering 24/7 shifts

Required:
  • TS/SCI U.S. government security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, political science, history, government, or economics
  • 6-8 years of experience with technical exploitation reporting or analysis
  • Willingness to deploy OCONUS for a period of 4-6 months
  • Willingness to work 12 hour shifts to cover a 24/7 cycle

Preferred:
  • Master's degree in international affairs & relations, terrorism, psychology, national security, intelligence, or any of the above BA/BS listed areas of study
  • 8+ years of experience with technical exploitation reporting or analysis

Salary and other Compensation:

The hourly wage range is: $43.27 - $55.29

The salary range for this position is subject not only to the hire's skills, education, expertise, and years of experience, but also to features of the final position offered to the hire: including, but not limited to the location of the position, clearance required for the position, and the contract associated with the position.
