The FSO is responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, and managing the day-to-day operation of the security program. Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, plans and procedures in order to protect company personnel, property, and assets.Conduct periodic security assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability and develop action plans to resolve security issues.Monitor access to facilities, information systems, and other sensitive areas to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.Oversee the development of security education and training programs for employees, contractors, and other personnel.Track and report on security-related incidents and violations.Serve as a liaison to the government agencies related to security matters.Develop, implement, and maintain physical security plans such as access control systems, CCTV systems, etc.Assist in the planning and managing of SCIF expansion projectsLead emergency response teams in the event of a security breach or other emergency situation.

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of security systems and technologies.Knowledge of the security protocols, requirements and best practices of the organization.Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive security program.Ability to maintain and monitor security systems.Ability to analyze security threats and recommend appropriate countermeasures.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to security.Specific Knowledge and experience working with our Intel Government customersAbility to collaborate effectively with personnel from other departments.Ability to develop and deliver training programs on security topics.Ability to evaluate personnel for security clearance eligibility.Ability to conduct security audits, risk assessments, and investigations.Ability to create and enforce security policies and procedures.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Must have and be able to maintain a FSP with our primary IC1 customer.
