Senior Program Manager

Job Overview:

Graham Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee and manage the development, integration, and performance of three key systems for our customer. This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to quality standards, tracking contractor deliverables, and managing project status reporting. The Senior Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for contractor performance, leave, and task integration.

Location: This is a remote (telework) position

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver detailed monthly status reports on project progress.
• Manage contractor activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
• Track and review contractor deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee the integration of contractor tasks across all three systems
• Monitor and assess contractor performance, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor leave approvals and performance evaluations.
• Ensure the successful execution of system-related tasks, coordinating between stakeholders as necessary.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical, operational, and leadership staff.

Qualifications:

Required:

• U.S. Citizenship is required and the ability to pass a government background check
• Education: in Business, IT, Management, or a related field.
• Experience:

• • 7+ years of experience in program/project management.
  • Experience managing government contracts and contractor performance.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems and software project management.
  • Ability to track and report performance metrics and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and reporting software.

Preferred:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified associate in project management (CAPM) or equivalent.
• Experience with federal contractor oversight and quality control.
• Background in IT systems development, data management, or software integration.
