Our client is seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst - Senior to conduct advanced analysis of signals intelligence and open-source data to support Space Target Development and Space Capability Development in support of USSTRATCOM and USSPACECOM for the Army's Space and Missile Command at Peterson AFB. Qualified candidates need a Top Secret Security clearance with SCI/Poly at start date. The TDNA - Sr has an understanding the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze process and disseminate information in accordance with applicable policy, established requirements and priorities; analyzes Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) data for reportable intelligence information supporting capability and target development; accesses appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis; performs sustained target analysis and enhancement through the use of multiple sophisticated analytic techniques; analyzes technical information to identify new access development opportunities for follow-on collection requirements; performs research using open source and classified sources to develop comprehensive target knowledge; identifies intelligence gaps and evaluates the intelligence gathered to ensure NSA Oversight and Compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Capable of executing tasks with minimal to no supervision.
- Prior demonstrated experience in the use of National Security Agency (NSA) software applications and databases associated with network analysis and target development.
- Ability to monitor and develop targets across communications technologies.
- Capable of developing and refining analytics for complex analysis and target discovery while adhering to NSA Oversight and Compliance Standards.
- Understands layers of Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model, ports protocols associated with telecommunications technologies, and internet routing.
- Can perform technical analysis on targets or technologies of interest and develop or ascertain processes and methods to enable exploitation.
- Can evaluate technical information on targets of interest and identify changes to technology, or alternate means of communication.
- Appropriately cites compliant records within NSA databases in appropriate citation tools.
- Disseminates intelligence products in accordance with applicable policies and only via authorized dissemination vehicles.
- Maximizes target knowledge, gains exploitation opportunities, and increases efficiency for data retrieval and filtration through complex analysis tradecraft.
- Enhances available technical information by holistically viewing targets’ information with multiple intelligence and open-source resources.
- - Uses data modeling and automation to enhance available technical information to glean target characterization, location, and attribution.
- Documents analytic tradecraft, target knowledge and creates working aids to increase target continuity and facilitate information sharing and analyst collaboration.
- Aids in the development of target signatures, and/or uses appropriate signatures to exploit targets.
- Experienced in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT report-writing and target development.
Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- 12+ years of SIGINT experience within the SIGINT Production Chain.
- An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and CI poly is required to perform this work.
- Current CI poly upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
- Candidate must be able to attain and maintain access to National Security Agency systems.
- Travel: 10%
- 2+ years of reporting experience.
- Level 3 Qualifications (Senior):
- At least 12 years of experience within job description, preferable at NSA facility.
- At least 2 of the years of experience must have been within the last 5 years.
- Additionally, the candidate should have demonstratable experience with one of more of the following:
