USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.

HOW Shared Services Lead WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Manages and directs all USSTRATCOM managed Enterprise Services.
• Design and delivers a shared services vision. Ensures that there are suitable governance practices in place to protect the business.
• Ensures legal and regulatory compliance.
• Provides robust business continuity planning and management.
• Provides improved capabilities that contribute to better business operations and outcomes.
• Promotes lessons learned from across Enterprise Services. Maintains knowledge of emerging industry trends.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: BA/BS or equivalent
• Required Experience: 5+ years of experience
• Security Clearance Level: Must be willing to Obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility
• Required Certifications: FITSP-O or GFACT or CASP+ or CCNP Security or CCSP
• Preferred Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundations; ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); or Certified Business Relationship Manager; or SAFe Agilist
• Location: Offutt AFB, NE
