Zachary Piper Solutions is a TS/SCI Cleared Office Administrator, with a background in government personnel administration team in El Segundo, California. For this effort we are providing programmatic and technical advisory services to the United States Space Force's Space Systems Command and Space Operations.
Program Overview:
In this effort, you will be a part of a specialized team supporting Government weapon systems program offices with systems acquisitions and program management support on various capability development programs that are intended to protect and defend the Nation's most valuable space assets. Our team is at the forefront of the advising and assisting the Government throughout the full lifecycle of systems acquisition processes that enable in most instances, rapid fielding to meet warfighter needs.
Job Duties:
· Provide office management support to the program front office staff.
· Ensure leadership schedules and workflow actions are organized and de-conflicted.
· Coordinate programmatic meetings, briefing content, performance reports, awards, and assist in presentations to senior military officials.
· Work with the Government organizations to develop appropriate work flows and communication chains to enable an efficient working environment.
General Requirements for the Following Positions:
· Must have an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a SCI upgrade, for Special Programs
· Bachelor's Degree in related information technology field or higher with over 8+ years of experience
· Must have strong experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
· Prior experience supporting military leaders in an administrative capacity
· Experience with NIPR/SIPR a plus
· Knowledge of TMT software or Atlassian a plus

Compensation:
- Salary Range: $110,000 - $160,000 ( compensation varies on position and relevant years of experience and education)
- Benefits: Cigna medical, dental, vision, 401k, 20 days paid time off, 11 federal holidays, and sick leave as required by law
