You will be the Financial Management Asc Manager - Cost Control Manager on the THAAD Post-Production team, a high-visibility position that requires strategic leadership and collaboration with program leadership, finance leadership, and customers. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial management and analysis to drive program success.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Management Asc Manager - Cost Control Manager, you will be responsible for leading the program finance team, performing financial analysis, and driving day-to-day tactical execution and strategic planning.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading a team of financial professionals and collaborating with other functional finance and planning teams to drive financial excellence
• Performing financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend identification, risk and opportunities assessment, and development of mitigation plans
• Establishing performance management budgeting and forecasting activities to drive business outcomes
• Integrating information from multiple financial systems, processes, and functions to develop actionable business solution recommendations
• Consolidating financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash) and preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports for internal and external customers
• Developing and maintaining relationships with program leadership, finance leadership, and customers to drive business growth and success
• Strategically shaping the future of the program through financial planning and analysis

Basic Qualifications:
- Program Finance experience
- EFS and SAP knowledge
- Strong Presentation Skills
- Demonstrated strong financial/analytical and organizational/prioritization skills
Desired Skills:
- Long Range Plan (LRP) experience
- Cost control / Estimating experience
- Earned Value experience
- Ability to work independently and as a leader of a team on numerous concurrent deliverables under tight deadlines
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
