Overview of Opportunity

Two Six Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the execution of classified government programs, ensuring successful delivery while supporting technical teams and principal investigators. This role provides the opportunity to manage complex projects that support national security, with a strong focus on financial management, program operations, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience managing fast-paced programs with teams deploying globally, managing program budgets, schedules, risks, and contracts while working closely with technical staff to drive mission success.

What You Will Do:

• Oversee program execution, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.
• Provide financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
• Support technical teams and principal investigators by removing administrative and operational roadblocks.
• Facilitate internal coordination across business development, contracts, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth program operations.
• Maintain and grow strategic relationships with customers and partners to expand contract opportunities.
• Track and manage risks, identify mitigation strategies, and adjust plans accordingly.
• Develop and present program updates, reports, and briefings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, security regulations, and company policies.

What You Will Need (Basic Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of program/project management experience with Federal Government programs.
• Experience managing program budgets, financials, and contract execution.
• Strong understanding of government contracting, including cost-plus and fixed-price contracts.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams, providing operational and financial support.
• Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility to upgrade to SCI with Polygraph.

Nice If You Have:

• PMP Certification, MBA, or experience in financial/program management.
• Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility to upgrade to SCI with Polygraph is preferred.
• Previous experience supporting agencies such as DoD, DARPA, NSA, FBI, CIA, DOJ, or DHS.
• Experience with business development activities, including proposal development and contract capture.

Security Clearance:

• Active Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.

Salary Range

$124,800 - $252,900 USD
