The Opportunity:
As a CACI Senior CI/HUMINT Operations Management Support Analyst supporting USAREUR-AF G2X, you will analyze CI/HUMINT data pertinent to counterterrorism, subversion, sabotage, espionage, paramilitary/insurgency, organized crime, and threats to force protection and personnel and physical infrastructure security. In addition, you will help support the HUMINT Operations Center (HOC) with Human Intelligence and Operational Reports and Army Theater Counterintelligence Coordinating Authority (ATCICA) with Counterintelligence and operational reports processing and management as well as USAREUR-AF's and EUCOM's CI Mission and Operations within their respective AORs.

The Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Produce reports, studies and briefings, and update CI databases. Analyze, review, and integrate intelligence data received from sources including CI/HUMINT teams, national level HUMINT platforms, Locally Employed Personnel (LEP) screening cell, host nation CI elements, and CID for possible exploitation.
- Utilize multiple intelligence disciplines to support HUMINT reporting.
- Ensure that the HUMINT Collection focus is updated and routed for authorization prior to publication.
- Review collection products to ensure the collection focus is being met.
- Perform quality control of CI/HUMINT reports before release.
- Provide subject matt er expertise on HUMINT/CI related issues.
- Produce threat network development and POI products to align collection operations against USAREUR-AF priority POIs to support current and future USAREUR-AF operations.
- Track, organize, develop, maintain, and provide CI and HUMINT reporting metrics, including tracking intelligence information reports (IIR), received Source Directed Requirements (SDRs), answered SDRs, Intelligence Collection Requirement (ICR) and Priority Information Requirement (PIR) coverage in reporting, ICR and PIR addressed by reporting, received evaluations, and citations in Finished Intelligence (FINTEL), utilizing reporting and intelligence databases, on a monthly/adhoc frequency related to reporting and sources.
- Compile statistics and metrics related to USAREUR-AF CI and HUMINT reporting.
- Generate topical reporting reports for analysts at all echelons based on functional codes and requirements for evaluation.
- Develop and regularly update the current CI and HUMINT Common Operating Picture (COP), which includes collection element locations, approved authorities and missions, tasked requirements and PIR focus, and collection metrics. Track certification, qualifications, and projected personnel strength/shortages that may affect CI and HUMINT operations.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Masters + 8 years or Bachelors + 14 years or Associates + 18 years or 20 years of direct experience.
- Possess knowledge or have experience as a HUMINT Collectors/CI Agents (35M, 351M, 35L, 351L, MAGTAF-CI, CISOC,SOC, or DATC); or specialized U.S. military intelligence experience for HUMINT Collectors/CI Agents (35M, 35L, MAGTAF-CI,SOC, or DATC required).
- Be familiar with all CI/HUMINT-related source management regulations, the DCHEM Vol. 1 and 2, and be able to communicate effectively via email or phone with multiple IC partners.
- Possess a high level of proficiency with CI/HUMINT programs of record systems.
