Maritime Operations C4I Security Cooperation Planner

As a Maritime Operations C4I Security Cooperation Planner, you'll bring your functional and technical experience and expertise to work alongside thought leaders in National Security on projects to build maritime capabilities among partners and allies. You'll use your skills and expertise to perform planning and analysis at the theater, operational, or tactical levels to support functional projects or events, development of schedules and plans of actions and milestones, and creation of products for planning, coordination, collaboration, or presentation. You will embark on a journey of U.S. Maritime modernization with ally and partner navies. Your client will t rus t you to not only design and develop capability assessments, but also monitor, modify, and adjust assessments as priorities and the current state of affairs change.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience with command-and-control LINK Systems
  • 10+ years of experience in U.S. Navy maritime domain awareness ( MDA ) , targeting, link architecture, and common operating pictures
  • 5+ years of experience in security cooperation and training with partners and allies
  • Knowledge of theater strategy, plans, and execution authorities
  • Ability to analyze existing commer cia l and government capabilities to find, fix, and track objects and targets in the maritime environment
  • Ability to clearly communicate in writing and verbally to inform security cooperation strategies and plans and to ensure implementation across the staff directorates
  • Ability to identify and document doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities, and policy ( DOTMLPF-P ) issues or gaps and make recommendations for improvement which will benefit client, ally, and partner objectives
  • Ability to prepare documentation related to plans or operations, including flag-level briefs or white papers
  • TS / SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree


Nice If You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, plans, intelligence, fires, movement and maneuver, protection, or sustainment
  • 5+ years of experience in the Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational environment
  • Experience teaching, coaching, and mentoring senior and junior military officers on integrating security cooperation plans to achieve strategic and campaign plan objectives while achieving a mixed balance of product development and assisting with forecasted and forecasted staff battle rhythm events
  • Master's degree
  • Completion of Joint Professional Military Education Phase 1 and 2, Joint Advanced Warfighting School, Maritime Advanced Warfighting School, School of Advanced Warfighting, School of Advanced Military Studies, NATO Comprehensive Operations Planning Course, or a similar course


Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
