Operational Psychologist

This position requires an active TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph clearance.

The Operational Psychologist will conduct live assessments of prospective candidates.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Operational Psychologist: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00

Pay commensurate with experience.

No benefits as role is a 1099 / Consultant.

Operational Psychologist Responsibilities Include:
  • Conduct full-scope structured clinical interviews and interpret psychological data (IQ, personality, social skills, etc.)
  • Provide testing feedback to candidates as appropriate
  • Provide comprehensive assessment to leadership both verbally and in writing within 5 days of the evaluation
  • Reports must be comprehensive and include testing results as well as findings from clinical interviews.
  • Present assessments and participate in weekly screening boards
  • Administer and score psychological testing as needed
  • Complete continuing education units as required by state of licensure
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Operational Psychologist Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph
  • Ph. D. or Psy.D. with an emphasis in clinical or counseling psychology
  • Possess and maintain good standing and a current valid license to provide psychological services
  • Experience conducting assessments
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience practicing psychology
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience conducting robust assessments
  • Strong briefing and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
