Position Overview
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a high-performing, innovative team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about automation, cloud technologies, and secure infrastructure. You will be responsible for optimizing CI/CD pipelines, building scalable systems, and ensuring smooth deployments across secure environments. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments across classification levels.
- Automate workflows for environment deployment, testing, and validation.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
- Support data flow mechanisms, including Cross-Domain Solution (CDS) integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and security issues in Linux and/or Windows environments.
- Manage system configurations, access controls, and firewalls to maintain security and compliance.
- Conduct infrastructure testing and provide evidence of high-side functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DevOps strategies with security and operational needs.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, automation, and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Strong expertise with Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes for infrastructure automation.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a security-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently in classified or high-security environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience with AWS cloud environments, particularly IL5/6/7.
- Experience working with Gov Cloud
- Experience working in government-regulated, hybrid, or classified environments.
