USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.
RBS Lead Agile PM Provides Agile project management and workforce direction for Rogue Blue SWF (RBS) SWF Platform team. Manages Agile and Service Delivery processes. Schedules implementation with operations and Government stakeholders. Provides Implementation Plan for each Request for Change (RFC). Control implementations roll-backs. Develops Release Plans. Works with RBS SWF teams to actively document lessons learned through retrospectives and promotes sharing of best practices and lessons learned across agile development teams.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
• Security Clearance Level: Must be willing to Obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility
• Required Certifications: GCLD or GSEC or CSSLP
• Location: Offutt AFB
•US Citizenship Required
• Preferred Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation: ITIL 4 Managing Professional; or Certified Agile Leadership (CAL I, II); Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM); or Microsoft Certified DevOps Engineer Expert; or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP); or Certified DevOps Leader (DOL); or Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer
