- Identifying, qualifying, and closing captures by interfacing with prospective customers and teaming partners, building a strong opportunity pipeline, and developing compelling proposals

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience
- Understanding of DoD and/or NIWC contracting
Desired Skills
- Experience identifying, qualifying, and closing DoD captures
- Proven communication and sales skills and able to demonstrate leadership capabilities
- Ability to translate customer needs to technical Subject Matter Experts (SME) to derive an effective solution
- Adept at negotiating and establishing teaming arrangements/agreements
- Strategic thinking and planning skills - demonstrated effectiveness in conducting market analysis, prioritizing investments, and developing market penetration strategies
- Quality proposal writing and review abilities is a plus
- Experience with Shipley business capture processes is a plus
