Peerless Technologies is seeking a Finance Manager (FM), Earned Value Management (EVM) Support to support the F-22 Program Office located at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The F-22 Program Office is fast-paced environment supporting a broad array of Divisions and Branches supporting the F-22 Raptor Fleet. You will interface with various government and military stakeholders, including the Weapon System Prime Contractor, and provide financial/EVM management support for F-22 Financial Manager (FM) Branch activities in support for the F-22 Program Office mission.
The successful candidate will support the F-22 Program by providing the following skills/activities in support of F-22 FM Branch operations:
- Provide research, analysis, and recommendations to support program reviews and monthly EVM system reviews with program office PM and financial management personnel.
- Provide technical expertise support, and advice and specialized expertise in planning, developing, and documenting F-22 modernization and support cost assessments. The Contractor shall also provide incentive fee recommendations for individual modernization delivery orders for Government consideration.
- Provide technical and specialized expertise support for the review of Prime Weapon System Contractor/Subcontractor and planning, procedures, and processes used in F-22 modernization and support affordability programs. In addition, the Contractor’s technical expertise support shall include planning, coordination, and participation in affordability reviews, trade studies, acquisition strategies, and risk assessments.
- Provide technical expertise support, and advice and specialized expertise in planning, developing, and documenting F-22 modernization and support cost assessments. The Contractor shall also provide incentive fee recommendations for individual modernization delivery orders for Government consideration.
- Assist and advise the Government in developing and documenting requirements and planning processes for the on-going modernization and support programs.
REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS in Business Management
- Five (5) years of experience in the areas of financial management, cost analysis/modeling, Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System, EVM, schedule and risk analysis with respect to DoD acquisition programs
- Experience in the above areas shall have been derived performing these responsibilities for fighter, bomber, tanker, or mobility type aircraft Department of Defense (DoD) Acquisition programs.
- Secret Clearance, and able to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility if required.
