Oracle Federal Financial Consultant

PotomacWave is looking for an Oracle Federal Financial Consultant to join our team supporting a Federal client in Springfield, VA (Metro Accessible)! This opportunity is in a fast-paced environment assisting the client in completing their financial systems modernization effort. 

Responsibilities:
*Gather and develop business requirement documents
*Resolve functional support incidents/issues
*Develop functional report specifications
*Review technical resolutions
*Participate in year-end close activities

Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in business field or Management Information Systems or related discipline
*10+ years of Oracle Federal Financials EBS and SDLC experience
*Strong Oracle Purchasing and Payables implementation knowledge with specific experience implementing 3-way / 2-way matching
*Experience migrating data from Previous Oracle EBS versions to Oracle Release 12
*R12 upgrade experience
*Strong federal accounting knowledge in Oracle GL, SLA, FA, and Budgeting
*Expert on Oracle Federal Financials applications and interfaces, Federal Financial Management business processes, and USSGL
*Prior experience providing consulting and functional support to full lifecycle of a federal financial system implementation and O&M project
*Ability to work with SMEs, OFF technical POCs, and SSP POCs
*Must be a US Citizen capable of obtaining DHS suitability
