Senior System Analyst

Overview

VTG is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support our Navy customer at the Washington, Navy Yard.

What will you do?

• Provide technical support including designing, configuring, integrating, and testing system operations
• Conduct technical evaluation, readiness reviews, and quality control
• Troubleshoot issues, managing risks and preparing detailed specifications for debugging
• Document system requirements, procedures, and modifications

Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Demonstrated success in large-scale software development projects
• Advanced familiarity with NAVSEA business / IT operations and structure
• Must have an maintain an active DoD Secret security clearance
• 8+ years' experience:
  • Analyzing and designing business systems to ensure they align with organizational goals
  • Assessing existing IT systems for issues or problems
  • Collaboration with IT stakeholders and IT teams to recommend efficient solutions for implementation
  • Documenting IT requirements and converting to logical IT Design

This position is contingent upon contract award

Pay Range: VTG's estimated starting pay range is $90 ,000-$120,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market 1considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range
