Responsibilities
Arcfield is looking for a Project Integrator (PI) to join our team to administer elements of multi -faceted Office in support of a dynamic mission set. The selected candidate will provide program and integration support to multiple executives within the Sponsor organization. The candidate will coordinate with other PIs to provide Front Office administration during core office hours (coverage is 9 hours per business day). Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, Arcfield invests in its employees beyond just compensation. - Provide administrative support to high-level Sponsor Executives, Director, and Deputy Director
- Answer phones and take messages to allow the Front Office Executives to focus
- Draft and proofread correspondence
- Provide management of hard and soft copy documentation and packages
- Provide background information as needed for tasks, meetings, etc. and perform information searches to locate needed data
- Create, maintain and improve the processes and procurement of office supplies to ensure consistent availability
- Distribution of correspondence and documentation to external stakeholders to facilitate office information flow
- Provide ad hoc support to the Front Office to enable efficient and effective daily operations and recommend improvements as needed
- Manage multiple calendars on multiple networks for multiple Executives; identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts, and coordinate with leadership to ensure Executive coverage is available
- Provide meeting support for organization including meeting logistics, read-aheads, and if necessary, travel arrangements
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, manage travel folders, and perform travel coordination
- Support onboarding and out-processing of all staff and contractors
- Manage office space logistics and maintain all required documentation and tracking of material
- Perform ad hoc support for Time and Attendance timekeeping
- Liaise with ODNI to keep Sponsor apprised of activities, events and deadlines
- Become aware and knowledgeable of other support areas' business processes and activities, and foster best practice sharing/implementation
Qualifications
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
- Demonstrated experience with Sponsor processes and procedure (or other DoD and IC agencies) to coordinate the workflow and activities associated with Front Office responsibilities
- Experience with processes and procedures coordinating front office workflows and activities and critical issues within a high volume, fast-paced, continually adapting office
- Skilled at handling executive-level styles, methods, professional relationships, and authorities
- Excellence in diplomatic, organizational time management, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Recognized experience in designing, developing, and delivering executive level communications on organization transformation and business process changes. Ability to prepare presentations and to present information to senior managers
- Verified interpersonal effectiveness, political savviness, and communication skills to interact with all levels of the workforce and write and present program artifacts that are appropriately tailored to meet the information needs of the audience
- Demonstrated on-the-job experience coordinating and working action items to completion
- Proven ability to multi-task and work independently; self-starter
- Expertise with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook)
- Experience writing cables and interacting with international locations, and other organization's protocols
