Responsibilities

Arcfield is looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team to provide system administration, including the operation, maintenance, and improvement for information technology (IT) systems and websites ensuring compliance with organizational requirements. The selected candidate will require privileged user access, and all activities are reviewed and accepted by government personnel.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Research and assist in the development of IT-focused solutions translating the Sponsor's user needs into technical requirements and providing the technical options/recommendations for government consideration. Execute government-approved solutions
  • Provide draft documentation of Sponsor's IT standard operating procedures, as required
  • Troubleshooting Sponsor IT-related issues
  • Support unclassified virtual meetings within non-SCIF spaces
  • Maintain, analyze, and update Sponsor's IT inventory tracking repository
  • Maintain oversight, operations, and maintenance compliance of Sponsor's inventory, to include laptops, operating systems, applications, and licenses
  • Maintain oversight, operations, and maintenance of Sponsor's Collaborative Unclassified Environment licenses, platform, accounts, system configuration, and operations
  • Conduct support for cyber security incident responses
  • Facilitate Service Desk requests (e.g., data transfers, accesses, etc.)
  • Collect, monitor and report on key performance indicators
  • Model, adapt, support and maintain logical data, service, and interface specifications
  • Identify and assess IT capability gaps
  • Support plans of action and milestones
  • Assist with dashboards and reports supporting government oversight and measure performance, compliance, risks, of IT investments

Qualifications

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree (or 3/+ equivalent experience) in a relevant field with a minimum of 8 years' experience
  • Experience with researching and implementing new IT-related technologies
  • Prior experience supporting IT strategies to enhance efficiency
  • Expertise with identifying IT capability gaps
  • Demonstrated expertise with performing Service Desk responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of IT compliance and regulations, to include IC and DoD cybersecurity requirements
  • Knowledge and working expertise with multiple cloud providers and infrastructures
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook)

Equal Pay Act

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
