Arcfield is looking for a Project Integrator to join our team to provide support to public affairs activities. The Project Integrator (PI) supports the external communications and public outreach, including the creation, editing, and coordination of complex and graphic intense presentations targeted toward a wide variety of audiences. This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, Arcfield invests in its employees beyond just compensation. Responsibilities
Arcfield is looking for a Project Integrator to join our team to provide support to public affairs activities. The Project Integrator (PI) supports the external communications and public outreach, including the creation, editing, and coordination of complex and graphic intense presentations targeted toward a wide variety of audiences. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Gathering technical content and distilling to salient points to communicate the organization's project and program status, marketing their products and services, etc. to audiences internal to the organization and across the IC.
- Provides information management support in the coordination and implementation of the organization's communications strategy.
- Support the leadership team with strategic planning initiatives and creating the products (e.g., documents, placemats, briefings, websites, etc.) used to convey that plan to senior leaders and to the workforce.
- Demonstrates strong oral and written communications and interpersonal skills.
- Listens and discerns important information and data points and conducts independent research to ensure technical understanding of content and purpose.
- Evaluates competing priorities in a dynamic environment, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage assignments to completion.
- Provides metrics reports with website links and impressions for all social media, media coverage, podcast episodes, and other social media.
- Creates slick sheets for new programs, graphics for presentations, posters, logos, and other graphical diagrams.
- Provides pre- and post-production and final videos and/or animations of sponsored events.
- Drafts ad-hoc graphics, videos or animations relating to Sponsor programs or events.
- Provides modifications to existing website based on user requirements and Sponsor requests.
- Create high-level (100-level) slide deck overview presentation for Sponsor external events.
- Assist with talking points or speech specific for external speaking events.
- Drafts podcast implementation plan, including a communications plan, for both unclassified and classified content. Provide quarterly updates evaluating the effectiveness and impact of the plan.
- Plan, record, and edit podcast episodes, and assist with transcript reports (unclassified and classified).
Qualifications
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
- Federal external public relations experience or background
- Experience with external outreach and media relations
- Expertise in writing and releasing publications
- Experience designing and supporting graphics and other visual media
- Ability to compose social media content and perform content and release management
- Demonstrated experience with supporting Senior-level outreach engagement strategies and packages
- Experience with producing podcasts
- Recognized experience in designing, developing, and delivering executive level communications on organization transformation and business process changes. Ability to prepare presentations and to present information to senior managers
- Verified interpersonal effectiveness, political savviness, and communication skills to interact with all levels of the workforce and write and present program artifacts that are appropriately tailored to meet the information needs of the audience
- Works independently and as part of a team
- Ability to apply critical-thinking skills and effective decision-making
- Possesses keen attention to detail
- Demonstrates a creative approach to building briefings/presentations, using a variety of media-including, but not limited to Microsoft Office products, WordPress, Confluence, etc
- Demonstrates effective content and data management, leveraging repositories and other tools to file work products for future reference and re-use, as applicable, to execute comprehensive information campaigns across multiple channels, targeting specific user populations and stakeholders
