Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop an understanding of the most effective and efficient processes to accomplish tasks, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Begin to develop the ability to analyze complex information to effectively solve problems, seeking guidance from mentors when necessary.
  • Allocate 10% of time to training and skill enhancement.
  • Dedicate 90% of time to engagement-related tasks.
  • Execute all tasks outlined in the scope of work, adhering to standard operating procedures with minimal oversight.
  • Collaborate with clients to analyze and understand their needs and objectives.
  • Work alongside senior engineers on more complex engagements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during and after project implementation.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or engineers as necessary.
  • Document project progress, issues, and resolutions concisely and promptly.
  • Consistently self-review work to identify and improve approaches for producing high-quality outcomes.

Sales and Client Engagement:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Adhere to availability standards for responding to client inquiries.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to clients.
  • Identify and communicate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with the account team across services.

Talent Development:
  • Demonstrate proactive engagement in obtaining and maintaining certifications and cultivating technical proficiency in line with industry standards.
  • Provide input to leadership on needed training and development.
  • Proactively seek assistance and guidance from mentors as necessary.
  • Shadow colleagues and actively participate in practical exercises within the company's lab when not assigned to an engagement.

Qualifications:
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph.
  • Experience operating in classified environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or at least 4 years of related work experience.
  • Splunk industry certifications.
  • Strong background with Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Enterprise Security.
  • Understanding of identity, SIEM, cybersecurity, and infrastructure concepts.
  • Understanding of governance and compliance, specifically with FAR, DFARs, CUI, and CMMC.
  • Understanding of FedRAMP and IL constructs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
