Qualifications:
- Develop an understanding of the most effective and efficient processes to accomplish tasks, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Begin to develop the ability to analyze complex information to effectively solve problems, seeking guidance from mentors when necessary.
- Allocate 10% of time to training and skill enhancement.
- Dedicate 90% of time to engagement-related tasks.
- Execute all tasks outlined in the scope of work, adhering to standard operating procedures with minimal oversight.
- Collaborate with clients to analyze and understand their needs and objectives.
- Work alongside senior engineers on more complex engagements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during and after project implementation.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or engineers as necessary.
- Document project progress, issues, and resolutions concisely and promptly.
- Consistently self-review work to identify and improve approaches for producing high-quality outcomes.
Sales and Client Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to availability standards for responding to client inquiries.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to clients.
- Identify and communicate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with the account team across services.
Talent Development:
- Demonstrate proactive engagement in obtaining and maintaining certifications and cultivating technical proficiency in line with industry standards.
- Provide input to leadership on needed training and development.
- Proactively seek assistance and guidance from mentors as necessary.
- Shadow colleagues and actively participate in practical exercises within the company's lab when not assigned to an engagement.
Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph.
- Experience operating in classified environments.
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or at least 4 years of related work experience.
- Splunk industry certifications.
- Strong background with Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Enterprise Security.
- Understanding of identity, SIEM, cybersecurity, and infrastructure concepts.
- Understanding of governance and compliance, specifically with FAR, DFARs, CUI, and CMMC.
- Understanding of FedRAMP and IL constructs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
