Service Technical Analyst

Overview of Position:

We are seeking a Service Technical Analyst to work in the Scott AFB, IL area. A United States Citizenship and an active Secret DoD Security Clearance are required to be considered for this position. Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Service Managers and government leads with the coordination and documentation efforts involving multiple organizations.
• Review requirement documentation, playbooks, and implementation plans to ensure Air Force objectives are met.
• Support the creation, collection, and monitoring of metrics to ensure capabilities are performing within established standards.
• Assist in developing documentation and presentations related to the Service process.
• Provide technical engineering expertise to assist the Program Manager in contributing to Air Staff directed initiatives.
• Evaluate new network technologies and make recommendations to project managers regarding their integration into the existing network.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and organizations.
• Technical expertise in network technologies and engineering principles.
• Experience in documentation review and development.
• Familiarity with Air Force processes and standards is a plus.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.

Certifications:

• IAT Level II.
• CompTIA Security+.

Clearance:

• Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass a background check.
• Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested.
