The Opportunity:
The C3TO Contract provides multi-faceted Intelligence Support services consisting of, but not limited to: Open
Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis,
Intelligence Requirements Collection Management (RCM), Special Advisors, Planners, Target Focused Analysis
and Neutralization (TFAN), Operational Intelligence Knowledge Management (KM), as well as other analytic
and target related intelligence support services to assigned military units in support of the overall Intelligence
Mission in support of CJTF-OIR staffs and organizations.
Minimum required qualifications:
• Experience: At least three years of current GEOINT, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field Analysis experience within on of the following MOS’s: 35G, 350G,
12Y, USCM 0261, 0241, AF 1N151X OR other DoD OR Government agency equivalent
specialty codes
• Individual must possess Secret Clearance
• Familiar with and fully comprehend the duties of an ITC
• At least one year of hands-on FMV analysis and production experience out of the last
five years with FMV exploitation tools such as Analysis, Integration, and Modeling of
Earth System (AIMES), ViDex (Video Exploitation) or equivalents.
