Our DoD/Aerospace client is looking to fill a Manufacturing/Production Operator (Secret) position that just opened in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role, you’ll perform project tasks/assignments of a basic nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. To be considered, you will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and US Citizenship. Must have an active Secret Clearance.
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Position: Manufacturing/Production Operator – 2nd Shift (Secret)
Contract: 24 months with possibility of going direct/permanent
Pay: $20.15/hour (10% extra for 2nd shift differential)
Telecommute: Onsite

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
In this hands-on role, the Manufacturing / Production Operator will perform project tasks/assignments of a basic nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Essentially, you’ll follow methods, techniques, and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on subassemblies and units.
-ENTRY LEVEL - WILL TRAIN ON SOLDERING SKILLSETS
Responsibilities/Requirements:
-A High School diploma or equivalent
-Active Secret Security Clearance
-Ability to use hand/torque tools, soldering irons, other light industrial tools
-Ability to set up basic equipment and process hardware compliantly to specifications
-General knowledge of measuring equipment and math, and sound communication skills
