We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with cybersecurity leadership experience to lead and manage critical projects for a large cybersecurity operations center. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring project success through effective communication, strategic planning, and people management. Program success is driven by the Program Manager's ability to lead, coordinate, communicate, integrate and ensure alignment with mission and center priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work Request Management: Receive and clarify work requests from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and/or Government Project Leads (GPL).
- Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans to track major initiatives, estimate resources and time required, and obtain necessary approvals to commence work.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate work to contractor staff efficiently and effectively.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve all project-related technical and managerial issues.
- Progress Reporting: Report on the progress of work performed, use of staff resources, and any risks of not meeting deadlines or operational shortfalls.
- Deliverable Management: Obtain sign-off from COR on deliverables.
- Service Performance: Leverage Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Service Level Objectives (SLO) to ensure adequate service performance and availability.

- Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional - ScrumMaster (CSP-SM)
