Program Integrator, Senior
The Opportunity:
Are you looking for an opportunity to support pre- and post-award Department of Defense ( DoD ) contracts? Do you have experience in acquisition, contracting, and finan cia l management? As a Program Integrator , you'll work closely with our DoD clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of capability to meet mission objectives, ensuring our client's mission is our mission. We're looking for someone like you to lead a team of experts and be a liaison to the government client.
This is an opportunity to work with Booz Allen colleagues and government clients from various DoD and other government agencies to architect and plan large-scale space and ground system acquisition programs. You'll help the DoD manage technical projects, including performance, cost, schedule, and risk. You'll prepare, process, and review various acquisition documents to ensure quality and compliance with established processes and policies . You'll provide acquisition and finan cia l counsel to the program office. From building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining concurrence, you'll lead meaningful acquisition support. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 10+ years of experience with DoD acquisition planning, program management, and finan cia l health assessments
- Experience working in a Space Systems Command ( SSC ) Program Management Office ( PMO ) and collaborating with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams
- Experience with SSC contracting processes and Request for Proposals ( RFPs ) , Statements of Work ( SOWs ) , Contract Data Requirements Lists ( CDRLs ) , and Acquisition Program Baselines ( APBs )
- Experience with the Defense Acquisition System's Planning, Programming, Budget ing, and Execution ( PPBE ) process
- Experience with Single Best Estimate ( SBE ) and Program Objective Memorandum ( POM ) Planning
- Experience with Micro sof t Office Suite, including Excel, Comprehensive Cost and Requirements System ( CCARS ) , and Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools
- Experience briefing senior government leaders
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience supporting SSC or Protected Tactical Enterprise Service ( PTES )
- Experience with finan cia l modeling sof tware
- Ability to independently develop presentations for senior-level briefings
- Ability to interpret client needs and develop solutions
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery
- Ability to mentor government finan cia l professionals
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
- DoD Finan cia l Management and Cost Estimating Certifications
- Master's degree in Finance or Business
