Technical Portfolio Manager

As a Technical Portfolio Manager, you'll bring your leadership, tactical, strategic, technical, and organizational knowledge and expertise to work alongside thought leaders in digital engineering, hardware engineering and rapid prototyping, operational analytics, and consulting on projects for the Navy and its Joint Service partners. You'll use your skills and expertise as you realize opportunities through the entire product and prototype lifecycle from genesis, throughout execution, and to final delivery.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 10+ years of experience leading engineering and science projects and programs for the Department of Defense
- 10+ years of experience briefing technical and programmatic development and status to senior-level stakeholders
- Knowledge of Navy contract vehicles, policies, and Federal Acquisition Requirements
- Knowledge of Naval Center framework, organizational structure, mission responsibilities, capability centers, and how the larger Naval Enterprise participates in the execution of current and future tasking for warfighter enablement
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including planning and organization, decision making, problem solving, work delegation, and employee development
- Ability to build relationships with a broad array of stakeholders across the Naval Enterprise and manage those relationships through information sharing and constant engagement.
- Ability to identify technical gaps and capability needs across a wide variety of technical regimes, including software, weapon and combat systems, operational concepts, cyber, AI/ML, hardware engineering, rapid prototyping, systems engineering, or big data and analytics
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
Nice If You Have:

- Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree in Science or Engineering
