ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our team in Manchester, NJ. This is a Hybrid position with 2 days onsite and 3 remote.

This position supports the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst (NAWCAD LKE) in Configuration Management for Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) systems. This role offers Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Supply Chain Management for the Expeditionary Airfields (EAF), Aviation Data Management Control System (ADMACS), and Moriah Wind System.

Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
  • Update weekly Integrated Management Scheduling (IMS) meetings on the status of EAF ADMACS and all active EAF and ADMACS Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), ship installations, and miscellaneous tasks; ensuring that logistics tasks are scheduled for timely completion, and that engineering provides appropriate documentation
  • Participate in the System Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process for all EAF and ADMACS ECPs; acting as a logistics representative through all design phases including all associated SETRs, Configuration Control Board (CCB) and Change Implementation Board (CIB)
  • Provide EAF and ADMACS support as directed by the EAF/ADMACS Division Assistant Program Manager Logistics (APML), EAF APML, ADMACS APML, and EAF/ADMACS Deputy Assistant Program Manager Logistics (DAPMLs)
  • Utilize written and verbal skills to prepare written correspondence and verbally report on all assigned programs to the APMLs and DAPMLs
  • Support efforts related to the design and maintenance of the Ford Class Carrier, specifically those concerning EAF and ADMACS
  • Analyze Requests for Engineering Investigations (REIs)/Engineering Investigations (EIs)/Fleet requests to determine root cause/issues and identify impacts
  • Assist the DAPMLs in supply support research to resolve Warfighter Requests for fleet customers
  • Coordinate with Logistics Element Managers (LEMs) to ensure ILS products are technically accurate
  • Travel is estimated at two trips per year to East Coast locations


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of logistics support for entire life cycle related to Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) systems OR High School Diploma and additional 8+ years of relevant DOD logistics support for entire life cycle related to ALRE systems experience may be substituted for the degree requirement
  • Demonstrated experience with DoD ILS, Provisioning, Supply Chain Management and Configuration Management processes
  • Exposure to supporting the management and execution of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)/Technical Directives (TDs)/modifications associated with the configuration management process
  • Experience updating design solutions, drawings, and documentation to support fleet readiness and ensure that logistics documentation is maintained


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of optimizing ILS workload and coordinating with team members to meet schedule
  • Experience providing work requests status to DAPMLs and resolving issues to complete them
  • Involvement in analyzing ILS program execution and/or assigned programs' management and sustainment posture to identify deficiencies in established ILS systems and resolve critical problems
  • Hands on experience with assisting in the development of the annual logistics budget requirements and working with DAPMLs to monitor the execution throughout the budget year
  • Exposure to participating in development of annual workload requirements with supervisor and DAPMLs
  • Experience completing fleet request forms during Naval service


Clearance Requirements:
  • Interim Secret clearance is required to start


Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
