What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert-level support for software applications and systems by investigating, designing, documenting, and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with customers, product owners, and end users to understand business needs and develop innovative software solutions.
• Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of various concepts and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Work collaboratively within a team while offering mentorship and leadership to empower other members.
• Identify and eliminate productivity roadblocks, continuously improving work processes.
• Design and develop automation strategies to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Spearhead data migration and system integration initiatives.
• Lead meetings, workshops, and presentations to share expertise and foster collaboration.
• Provide hands-on training and ongoing support to end users.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to shape future products and technologies.
• Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to streamline development and deployment processes.

What You Bring:

• Expert knowledge of modern software development methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages, database design, security strategies, and system integration.
• Hands-on experience with automation and DevSecOps strategies.
• Deep understanding of hardware and software integration and testing.
• A history of successful customer partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.
• A strong background in leading and mentoring teams.
• The ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for driving process improvement and fostering innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and 12+ years of related experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Post-graduate coursework may be expected at this level.
