- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience
- No degree with at least 7 years financial execution experience (Not DTS)
Required Experience:
- Experience in three (3) or more areas of financial execution
- Demonstrated success in two (2) or more of the following areas:
- Financial execution of a spend plan
- Analysis of obligation plans vs obligations
- Monthly financial reporting
- Communications of budget materials to senior officials
- Financial programming for O&M and RDT&E
- Presentations to senior officials
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis and evaluations
- Creating complex spreadsheets
- Creating PowerPoint presentations
- Researching payments
- Setting up conferences
Clearance:
- Top-Secret U.S. Security Clearance required
- Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen
Position Expectations:
- Provide financial analysis and programmatic support under supervision of a program manager.
Interpersonal/Communication Skills:
- Ability to professionally interface, produce documentation for, provide presentations, and speak with authority to senior military and other DOD personnel and organizations.
