OVERVIEW:
The Computer and Information Systems Manager shall be assigned as the Task Lead for this requirement. The TL shall be the Contractor's on-site representative, liaison, and primary point of interface with Contractor personnel as well as with the Government Technical Representative and COR. This is NOT a stand-alone requirement, but instead an added assignment to an existing position. The responsibilities of the TL are in addition to the requirements for the functional position proposed. The TL shall monitor personnel workload, address performance concerns, immediately inform the COR of any vacancies upon learning and take action to ensure issues are remedied and open positions are filled by a fully qualified individual in accordance with the SDS.

GENERAL DUTIES:
The Computer and Information Systems Managers shall support the mission by providing program management support for contract administration.
- Serves as the principal point of representation and liaison with the government on operational program matters for the PPBES MIS and financial applications.
- Provide overall management of the contract.
- Plan and direct the work of database administrators, computer system engineers/architects, software developer, and data architect.
- Provides leadership, ensures conformance with performance requirements, and assists in the overall direction of all project level activities and personnel.
- Participate in Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings in an advisory and information-providing role.
- Monitor emerging industry technologies to determine if new or upgraded software or hardware would benefit USSOCOM resourcing mission.
- Coordinate with USSOCOM Chief Information Officer/Communications (J6)
- Coordinate and conduct annual disaster recovery exercises with J6.
- Produce and deliver deliverables.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Technology or related field, such as engineering technologies; or 12+ year' IT program manager experience
- Minimum 10 years' experience as Computer and Information Systems Managers (IT program manager); plans, coordinates, and directs computer-related activities in an organization, determines IT goals and implements computer systems. Recent and relevant experience (within the last three years) with Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management 11g and MS SQL Server.
- One of the following: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Oracle Essbase 11 CertifiedImplementation Specialist, or Oracle Hyperion Planning 11Certified Implementation Specialist.
