Responsibilities:
The role involves the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of complex information systems, ensuring maximum system uptime and rapid response to issues
Support the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of complex information systems
Maintain and update physical systems and virtual environments, networking solutions, processes, and architectures
Support the design, documentation, and implementation of enhancements to the system
Ensure maximum system uptime and rapidly respond to hardware and software failures
Diagnose operational, performance, or other issues and lead the implementation of resolutions
Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant experience
Basic Networking TCP/IP, IPv4 and troubleshooting analysis
Experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto devices
Understanding of Access Control Lists
Knowledge of and experience with Windows operating systems
Knowledge of and experience with Linux Distributions (e.g. - RedHat)
Experience with virtual environments such as ESXi, ProxMox
Familiarity with implementing DOD STIGs
System monitoring experience
Experience with DNS/DHCP
Ability to work onsite in Washington DC 5 days a week
Top Secret clearance
IAT Level II Certified
