The Systems Engineering offering is comprised of experienced professionals who help guide clients through their most complex technology challenges. This can include the delivery of large-scale software applications & integrated systems, the development of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integrations solutions, and the delivery of technology enablement to support CIO services transformation. Our Systems Engineering offering focuses on key client issues that impact the core business, provide operational value, drive down the cost of quality, and enhance technology innovation.
Work you'll do
We are looking for a talented and experienced full stack developer to join our team. Proficient experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and object-oriented programming are required. Salesforce experience is a plus but not required. We will train the proper candidate. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing customized Digital solutions (Salesforce Platform) for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and system administrators, to understand needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Work you'll do

- Develop customized solutions utilizing JavaScript, React, SQL, and AWS.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between applications and systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements and provide technical guidance on best practices.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including solution design, technical specifications, and test plans.
- Perform unit and integration testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs related to applications and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities and evaluate their applicability to our organization's needs.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Required:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
- 2+ years of software development experience.
- 2 + years of experience with web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React framework.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must hold an active TS/SCI Polygraph clearance.
- Ability to work onsite in Chantilly, VA 5 days a week.
- Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clientsandindustries/sectorsyou serve.
Preferred:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology is preferred.
- AWS Certifications are preferred.
- Experience with ArgoCD, Docker, and Kubernetes preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions preferred.
- Familiarity with software delivery methodologies such as agile/scrum is preferred.
