Desktop Support Specialist
Location: DCMV Area

We are currently bidding on a contract in the DCMV area and are seeking skilled Desktop Support Specialists to join our team.

Position Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will provide end-user support, including remote and desk-side assistance, in response to service requests. Duties include but are not limited to:
- PC Deployment: Setup, configure, and install PCs and related devices.
- Troubleshooting: Maintain and resolve issues with information systems, peripherals, communication devices, and various operating systems.
- Software Installation: Ensure proper installation and functionality of required software.
- Operating System Support: Provide support for both Mac and PC operating systems.
- Account Management: Create and maintain user accounts as needed.
Position Requirements:
- Certification: Must hold a current CompTIA Security+ (Sec+) Certification.
- Security Clearance: Must possess an active Secret Clearance.
