Configuration and Quality Manager, Senior

Key Role:

Manage the requirements for planning, organizing, and implementing enterprise-wide technology infrastructure, configuration, and change management functions. Apply advanced consult ing skills or extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and may supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience developing and leading configuration management ( CM ) processes and procedures in a DoD environment
• Experience performing the seven key configuration management disciplines
• Experience leading CM projects and providing senior subject matter expertise in CM
• Ability to develop core CM documentation such as CM Plan or Configuration Control Board ( CCB ) Charter and Processes
• Ability to communicate CM findings and processes to team members, as well as program and client leadership
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience working with CM Databases ( CMDBs ) such as ServiceNow or Remedy
• Experience c ond ucting CM Audits
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 processes and requirements
• Ability to lead CCB meetings and effectively communicate with board members

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
