Job Description:

· Create, correct, update, and maintain the Real Property Inventory (RPI) to include ensuring the accuracy of facility data in the RPI

· Create, correct, update, and maintain real property assets using the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and reconcile errors by researching and correcting discrepancies

· Create and maintain real property supporting documentation (agreements/ACAs, DD1391/4283s, drawings, JICRs, base maps, facility pictures, as-builts, DD1354s, etc.)

· Create MFRs where supporting documentation doesn't exist

· Maintain local copies of physical and/or digital real property records IAW local procedures

· Conduct facility usage inspections, analysis of available assets, and evaluate real property requests

· Make recommendations to the Government on real property related actions (e.g., facility acquisition, disposal, conversion, diversion, etc.) and process these actions, as requested, using the appropriate forms and documents

· Advise the Government on real property regulations/guidelines and issues pertaining to zoning, land use rules, historical or culturally significant properties

· Conduct land/facility/project inspections to confirm the accuracy of 1354s, ACAs, and other official documents. Provide feedback on issues and corrections, as needed

· Provide data for the Real Property Planning and Analysis System (RPLANS) and the Installation Status Report (ISR)

· Participate in HQDA G-9 hosted meetings and training events on Microsoft Teams and provide meeting minutes

· Provide training or consultation to Project Managers on aspects of the real property documentation (e.g. DD1354) requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications:

· Master's degree in a related field and three (3) years of recent specialized experience; OR Bachelor's degree in a related field and six (6) years of recent specialized experience; OR ten (10) years of recent specialized experience

· Minimum of 3 years' experience working for the US or Polish Armed Forces implementing/working under AR 405-45 (experience can be as a civilian, service member, Local National, or contractor): creating and maintaining real property records using the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), creating and maintaining real property supporting documentation (agreements, DD1391/4283s, drawings, JICRs, maps, pictures, as-builts, DD1354s, etc.), creating MFRs where supporting documentation doesn't exist, conducting facility usage inspections, and conducting project inspections to confirm the accuracy of 1354s.

· May be required to work overtime in order to meet the objectives and must be able to travel anywhere in Germany with 24 hours' notice, anywhere in Europe with 72 hours' notice, and anywhere worldwide with two weeks' notice.

· Must have up-to-date GFEBS training, certifications, and accounts verified by the COR prior to performance start date

· Must be able to work outside, walk on uneven terrain, and may be required to use ladders.

· Required to obtain and maintain all necessary background checks required for access to US, NATO, and NATO Partner military bases.

· Preferably have at least 1 year experience working with multi-national organizations or companies

· Requires US Secret clearance
