Long-term W2 Hourly Contract

$28.15 to 35.10 per hour*

As a Technician II in a state of the art Electrical Lab, you'll be supporting fabrication of Micro & Nano electronic products and support equipment performing tasks including -assembly, test, inspection, troubleshooting, rework and repair. Working as an integral part of a team, your typical daily activities may include but not be limited to:
  • Reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings and sketches
  • Utilizing precision and fine motor skills to fabricate, assemble, and test micro/nano scale products
    with near zero defects.
  • Conducting tests using electronics test equipment (Scopes, meters, etc.) and generating test report data.
  • Communicate feedback to the team to support design, fabrication and test improvements.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all safety objectives and policies.

Requirements for success include:
  • US Citizenship and ability to pass background checks required to obtain a Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
  • 2-year technical degree or a minimum of 2 years as an electronics technician performing related tasks, either in a
    production or prototype environment.
  • Proficiency with electronic test equipment, electrical assembly tools and hand tools
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and sketches
  • Precision and fine motor skills required for micro/nano scale fabrication, assembly, test
    with near zero defects
  • Experience Troubleshooting of electronic, electrical system
  • Must be able to demonstrate high degree of mechanical aptitude.
  • Experience Conducting tests using electronics test equipment (ie. Scopes, meters, etc) and generate test report data.
  • Prior training in and proficiency in manufacturing & quality requirements of IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3, IPC-610 Class 3 and J-STD-001 or have knowledge of these requirements
  • Ability to work as part of a group or team with solid verbal communication skills
  • Cirris and/or Automated Test Equipment operator experience preferred
  • Active, Interim or Previously held clearance a plus
