Enterprise Cloud Engineer

Join GDIT and be a part of the men and women that solve some of the world's most complex technical challenges. The DTRA I3TS team is seeking an Enterprise Cloud Engineer to join their program in Ft Belvoir, VA.

This program provides enterprise-wide IT support to enable the customer to consolidate, modernize, and continuously innovate the delivery of IT services and mission capabilities. These services will deliver exceptional execution value to internal and external mission partners operating in CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Hiring Multiple Levels

Duties include:

• Design, implementation, and support experience with enterprise Cloud environment.
• Experience with Cloud native and Hybrid Cloud environments.
• Experience support Cloud virtual machines (Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux)
• Experience support Kubernetes, Containers, and related technologies.
• Serves as key technical expert who provides technical expertise in designing, architecting, deploying and maintaining cloud solutions.
• Provides strategic consulting to internal and external clients of cloud's current capabilities and provides future direction on all cloud products and services.
• Assists with providing Cloud strategy, implementation and Migration

Basic Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience supporting cloud migrations, implementations and strategy
• AWS Cloud Practitioner and/or Microsoft Azure cloud certification(s)
• Must have an active DOD TS/SCI

Location: GDIT Office and some travel to Fort Belvoir, VA for meetings!
