Core4ce is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Policy and Program Protection Specialist to support the our government client. In this critical role, you will have the opportunity to influence national and Department of Defense (DoD) policy, while working with key stakeholders to ensure robust program protection and security classification measures are integrated across DoD initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support the development and implementation of national and DoD policies, guidance, and training on Classification Management and Program Protection, approximately three times per year.
- Oversee and facilitate security reviews, providing expert assessment and recommendations on security classification guidance and Program Protection Plans, approximately two times per year.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key entities, including R&E and A&S, DoD Chief Information Officer (CIO), Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency, Joint Staff (J28), and other federal organizations to ensure alignment and integration of DoD program protection policies, Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM), Counterintelligence (CI), and information security strategies.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is a must.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- 10 years of demonstrated expertise in national and DoD information security policies and procedures.
- 5 years of experience managing national-level information security issues that affect both DoD and non-DoD entities.
- 5 years of experience in developing and reviewing policy, including drafting, formatting, tracking, staffing, and reconciling inputs to DoD Directives, Instructions, Manuals, and other publications.
- Proven experience in reviewing and addressing information security equities within policy documents.
