Currently, Recro is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Telecommunications Technician, to join our team in Ft. Meade, MD.
Clearance
- TS/SCI (FS Poly)
Overview/Responsibilities:
- Installs, maintains, and repairs telecommunications systems
- Provide 24/7 mission and infrastructure monitoring, notification, administrative support, logging, ticketing, and reporting for supported systems
- Coordinates with both ISP and GW GES watch staff for situational awareness and support actions, and with customers and support personnel to provide notification and response to event activity
- IT-Facing Service Desk (IFSD) personnel perform router and switch updates in support of security actions
Shifts:
- Sun - Thurs; 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. (eves)
- Sun - Thurs; 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. (mids)
Qualifications:
- Education: Associates of Arts/Associates of Science
- Required Technical Skills: Security+ (IAT Level 2) or higher
- Required Experience: 1+ years of related experience
- Required Technical Skills: Voice and Video endpoints
- Required Skills and Abilities: communication and problem solving
Preferred Skills: Skype for Business application
