Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team in Fort Belvoir, VA, in support of the Army Cyber Red Team is responsible for providing in-depth aggressor and assessor support to Army, Joint, and DoD organizations. The ACRT deploys multi-functional teams to assess, aggress, train and provide operational support to the DoD and the U.S. military to improve readiness and provide freedom of action in the information environment, while denying the same to our adversaries.
Responsibilities
Manage software licenses.
Update software images.
Troubleshoot and remediate software applications.
Install software applications.
Monitor and report software application performance metrics.
Develop, implement, and update backup and recovery procedures.
Maintain STIG compliance as required.
Operate and maintain vSphere application.
Manage the Active Directory AD Domain with Windows systems and servers and Linux systems.
Coordinate lifecycle equipment replacement.
Forecast hardware and software requirements.
Maintain equipment.
Conduct CD/DVD handling procedures.
Document processes and procedures.
Provide customer support.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Familiarity with DoDD 8570 Standards
Minimum Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance required
Bachelor's Degree or higher and 3+ years of IT experience
OR High School Diploma and 7+ years of IT experience
One Army DoD 8750 accepted Windows Computing Environment (CE) or Linux CE certification
One DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level III Certification, such as: CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, CCSP
